1. I am the first time user and try to use the Easy callback service, after I called the call back number and I didn’t hear the busy signal but been transfer to you customer service no., what happened?

Because you hide (blocked) your own call ID, our system doesn’t know which number need to be call back, in this case, calls will be transferred to customer service reps to help you. This issue can be solved by unblock your call ID.

2. When place an out- going call, I don’t want to show my phone number. Is there any way I can hide my own Call ID?

No. The Easy call back service will always send your phone number out to other party (callee)

3. I am using pre-paid card and do not have monthly plan with my cell phone provider, can I use your Easy callback service?

If you are using Rogers/Fido pre-paid service and have “unlimited incoming calls“adds on, you can use Easy callback. All other mobile prepaid card users can NOT use Easy callback service, simply because they can not add unlimited incoming calls from their cell phone service provider.

4. If I change to another cell phone company have a new telephone number later on, am I allow change my registered Phone number for my easy callback service?

Yes, every customer is entitled to change his/her Targeted phone number (associated number) once per calendar month at free of charge.

5. If my city is not included in your coverage list , could I still be able to use your Easy Callback service?

Generally speaking, no, you can't use Easy callback.
