1. Do I need to have Internet to use Magic Number or Easy Callback?

You don't need to have Internet connection, and no phone Jack and USB. You don't even need to have a computer to use our service. All you need is a cell phone with My5/My1 or unlimited incoming calls package.

2. What are the free calling areas for Magic Number and Easy callback service?
  • All calls through Magic Number to Vancouver, Toronto, Victoria, Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, Halifax, Windsor, Ottawa, Oshawa, London, Kitchener-Waterloo, Kingston, Hamilton, Cooksville, Brantford, Brampton, Niagara Falls, Montreal, Quebec city are free now.
  • Call to USA and Canada will be only 2.5 cents* per minute. (note*:Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon and the NWT are not included)
  • Call to anywhere else other than our free on-net-cities as above will be charge long distance fee based on our regular International calling rates.

3. If I try to call another city within Canada, how do I know my destination number is covered within your free calling area or not?

Always use 10-digit dialing plus # key for all your out-going calls to anywhere in Canada. If our system allow this 10-digit call go through and connect your call, this call will be free. If this call can’t go through, you heard a voice prompt says this call will be a long distance call. In that case, you will need to dial 11-digit (leading with 1) for that long distance call. Long distance rate other cities is only 2.5 cents / minute and up

4. I really like your service and want to refer it to my friends, do you have referral program?

Yes, simply ask you friends to enter your cell phone number (or Magic Number) in the "Reference Code" box when you sign up. Every time when you referred a friend to sign up Magic Number or Easy Callback whose account is in good standing and has pay the bill for the first billing period, you will rewarded with "One Month Free" benefit on you next billing period.

5. Is the Magic Number and Easy Call back legal?

Magic Number service is simply a call forwarding service plus a calling card (call through) service; both of the above services are 100% legal.

 

Easy CallBack service is also legal. Please refer the ITU (International Telecommunications Union) list of positions of countries for CallBack. http://www.itu.int/itudoc/itu-t/com3/callback/position.html .In this list clearly shown that it's legal to provide CallBack service in Canada.

 

Both Magic Number and Easy Call Back are utilize your cellular phone provider's existing pricing structure to minimize your airtime charges.

6. What should I do if I don't have Credit Card, can I still sign up your service?

7. Can I using your magic number / easy callback to dial 1800-, 1866-, the toll free numbers in Canada?

Yes, you can use Magic number to make 1-800 TF number, and do not need to pay airtime, although you need to purchase long distance credit from us in advance. All your 1-800 calls will not consume your long distance at all.
