11. Why am I sometime still being charged for certain incoming calls by my cell phone provider even I have been using your Magic Number service?

1. Someone who calls your original cell number.

2. Someone who calls your Magic Number and you pick up that call his/her caller ID display function is blocked, in this case we may still route this call to you but your original cell phone provider may charge you for those calls with unknown Caller-ID as if other regular chargeable calls.

You may be charged airtime by your cell phone provider if you pick up calls in either of the above cases. In order to avoid those unexpected charges, only pick up those incoming calls showing your Magic Number on your display screen.

To set up different ring tones to distinguish the incoming calls between calls from Magic Number or from other numbers is the best way to avoid getting unexpected charges:
e.g. Ring tone A is for your Magic Number (you always pick up these calls). Another Ring Tone B for other callers, then it will be much easier for you to consider if picking up the call or not by hearing the ring tone now.

Canada-wide My5 provides both free local and Canadian long distance calling services to subscribers, so even you are out of town, stay in other cities and receive any calls from Magic Number within our on-net-cities, those calls are Free.

Note. When travel out of your home town:

(1) Make sure you remain on your provider’s network (e.g., not roaming to USA or other provider’s network) (2) Cell phone companies may change their plans anytime, we do not guarantee the above information is up to date
