| 2. Why we need to install Nimbuzz for my Service? |
Nimbuzz is only needed for some Nokia phone which can be download from OVI store. After you configure our SMART Number on your Nimbuzz, you can start to enjoy receive free incoming calls and making free outgoing calls.

| 3. Can I use my 3G data plan to make VoIP/SIP calls? |
Yes, you can use both 3G and WiFi to make Voip/SIP calls. However, because most of Mobile carries will limit your data usage per month, we recommend that you use WiFi to make our calls whenever WiFi internet is available to you .

| 4. Why some time my friend cannot reach me by calling my Smart Number? |
Yes, that could happen when you are in between of moving in-out of your Wi-Fi range and switching between the 3G and Wi-Fi connection. Sometime this could also happen if your Wi-Fi is in sleep mode, thus our server can’t reach to you, so those calls will be route to your voicemail box.
If you have select setup the voicemail to e-mail function, we will convert the voicemail to a voice file and send it to your email account.

| 5. Can I check who called me if I missed incoming calls? |
You can do it by logging on to smartnumber.ca from the web browser of your Smartphone. After log-in , click missed calls and it will show you calls logs.

| 6. What is the Data Usage for making Smart Number Calls? |
Depends on the different clients with different codec on your smart phone. Some compressed codec can allow you reduce Data usage, for example if you are using GSM codec and rough Data usage as follow table shown.

| 7. Will I be charged airtime, roaming, or anything by my mobile carrier? |
No airtime will be charged because the VoIP calls use WiFi internet or 3 G Data . For that same reason, there are no roaming charges. You probably need to pay for the 3G Data or WiFi if you are exceed your monthly data allowance or you are in a remote spot such as an airport or a hotel, but this usually is not a charge from your mobile carrier.

- All calls through Magic Number to Vancouver, Toronto, Victoria, Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, Halifax, Windsor, Ottawa, Oshawa, London, Kitchener-Waterloo, Kingston, Hamilton, Cooksville, Brantford, Brampton, Niagara Falls, Montreal, Quebec city, Abbotsford, Red Deer are free now.
- Call to USA and Canada will be only 2.5 cents* per minute. (note*:Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon and the NWT are not included)
- Call to anywhere else other than our free on-net-cities as above will be charge long distance fee based on our regular International calling rates.

| 9. If I try to call another city within Canada, how do I know my destination number is covered within your free calling area or not? |
Always use 10-digit dialing for all your out-going calls to anywhere in Canada. If our system allow this 10-digit call go through and connect your call, this call will be free. If this call can’t go through, you heard a voice prompt says this call will be a long distance call. In that case, you will need to dial 11-digit (leading with 1) for that long distance call. Long distance rate other cities is only 2.5 cents / minute and up |

| 10. Can I make international calls from Smart Number Account? |
Yes, you can call anywhere globally and all you need is activate your pre-paid long distance account and purchase credit for long distance calls.

| 11. I don’t want to show my Smart Number to a called, is there any way I can hide my Call ID? |
No. The Smart Number service will always send your Smart Number out to other party (called), there is no way for you to hide it.

Texting can't go through your smart number.

| 13. If my city/countries is not included in your coverage list, could I still be able to use your Smart Number service? |
Generally speaking, yes, you can still use Smart Number and take the advantage of free outgoing calls to 20 major Canadian cities. In this case, you still need to pick up a telephone number in one of our covered city. Which will be like although you live in USA but has a Canada’s phone number, you called 20 cities in Canada for free, and your friends in Canada also can call a local number to reach you.

Yes, you can use Smart Number to make 1-800 TF.

| 17. Why sometime Smart Number calls drop on 3G network? |
This may happened by using Smart Number over the 3G data connection to place a long phone calls, due to the nature of 3G data connections do not remain connected from cell tower to cell tower like normal cellular phone calls. Which mean that in case you start a call while connected at A tower and then move out of range and enter the range of B tower, your call quality will deteriorate. It is not recommended for long conversation when you use Smart Number over 3G connections while driving or traveling for long distances.
