This may happened by using Smart Number over the 3G data connection to place a long phone calls, due to the nature of 3G data connections do not remain connected from cell tower to cell tower like normal cellular phone calls. It is not recommended for long conversation when you use Smart Number over 3G connections while driving or traveling for long distances.
