Please avoid to use the regular Send button on the left. If you hit the Regular Send button, your carrier will charge you on air time from your calling plan with them.

Even if you only have Data plan on your Smart Phone ( for example you put SIM card from ipad) , once you hit the Regular Send button, your carrier WILL still charge you on air time at very high calling rate.

Always press the SIP call button on the right to avoid the unexpected calling charge from your carrier.

If you accidently change/remove your SIP add on , your SMART number won’t work anymore. You need to contact our customer service and your account will need to be manually re-configured. One time $10 charge applied per time to reconfigure your SMART number.

• Make sure your fring™ is always running on the Background, in order to avoid missed incoming calls whenever your Smart phone on-line.
  
  
• Open the fring™ press Menu >More > Settings > Check the Automatic Starup.
  
  Go to www.smartnumber.ca and Login to my portal,
  Service Item >Smart number > Service detail > Call Forward No Answer > key in the number you want the incoming calls forward to.
  
  
  
  This will help you to avoid missed incoming calls whenever your Smart phone switches off or lost the internet connection.

Always switch to Wi-Fi if possible, most of time the WiFi can provide more stable voice quality and without consume your monthly Data allowance
