Do you take methods of payment other than a credit card?
Currently, We only accept credit cards with a Canadian billing address as a form of payment. We  accept MasterCard and Visa cards.
How do you bill for services, and how the initial charge will be billed?
Alldaytalk offers convenient online billing. Your billing cycle starts after Satisfaction Guarantee period. Your credit card is charged automatically on a monthly basis; usually it will be first day of each month and based on the billing cycle, your bill will includes your coming month's subscription charge and any applicable charges from the previous month. (including international calling etc..) For the initial charge, it may include setup fee, deposit for phone adaptor and full or portion of your first monthly plan fee.
I requested a credit for a call that I placed, when can I expect to have a decision on my credit request?
All credit requests are reviewed as soon as possible, so you will generally receive a response within 3 working days. If the credit is approved it will appear on your next credit card statement.
Does Alldaytalk have a Satisfaction Guarantee?
There's no risk to trying the Alldaytalk service. Our Satisfaction Guarantee policy ensures your satisfaction. If for any reason you wish to cancel the service within 14 days of sign up date, we'll refund your setup fee, deposit and if applicable your first month's subscription or a portion thereof with no questions asked. Please note, during the period, no matter what plan you choose, all long distance calls are still chargeable based on our regular international rate, and this only applies if you decide to cancel it after the period.
What are the Terms of the Satisfaction Guarantee?
1. You must cancel your service within 14 days of the sign up date.
2. You are responsible for any charges for any long distance or international calls which based on our Regular International Rate.
3. All returned equipment must be in the original packaging intact and a copy of invoice within 14 days of cancellation or the $50 setup fee plus $70 deposit charge will not be credited.
4. All components, manuals and network cable must be included.
5. You are responsible for return shipping. Please include the confirmation number with the package. Equipment returned without a valid  confirmation number will not be eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee. You MUST call our customer service at 1-604-6060668 to get a confirmation number before you return to us.

The Satisfaction Guarantee will not be issued if you fail to meet these requirements.
What if there is a problem with my credit card or my credit card got declined?
IIf your automatic monthly credit card payment cannot be processed for any reason, we will notify you immediately via e-mail or telephone. If we are not able to contact you within a reasonable amount of time or do not receive a response from you, we will suspend your account. You can also login to Alldaytalk website to update your credit card information.
Will I receive a paper bill?
Alldaytalk offers the convenience of online billing. We keep your costs low and functionality high by providing you with online billing. You can always print copies of your bill and keep them for your own records.
Who do I call if I have questions regarding my invoice?
You can call customer service at 1-604-606-0668, our office hour will be Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:00 pm.
What if the calling rates change?
Alldaytalk may at times change the rates for calling certain destinations. You are not locked into these rates, so you will enjoy the benefits any time we lower a cost. Your calls will be billed at the rate that was in affect at the time the calls were placed. Always check our current phone rate from our website.
Are there any taxes on Alldaytalk service?
Currently Alldaytalk is required to charge PST and GST taxes on our broadband phone service, with the exception of the initial deposit charge. In the future, various regulations and policies may be enforced on broadband phone services that will require Alldaytalk to charge different taxes. You will be notified in advance of these changes via our website.
