When you want to make an outgoing call:

  • Dial the access number, hang up upon you hear the busy signal, wait for system call you back (We will provide a local access number to you after sign up)
  • After you receive the callback, enter destination phone number followed by the # key
    (NOTE: Do not press the SEND button. You must use # key of your cell phone after you dial the phone number that you wish to call)
  • Easy callback will connect this call for you
